After the client discusses their preferences, we make tentative choices about clothing, furniture, background, etc. (or imaginary creations). I then photograph the client, props, and other items that may be included, in detail. The client and I choose the best. I make a pencil sketch to show the composition and present this for approval.

I begin the painting. Preliminary viewing, in person or by photographs, is arranged with the client. At this stage, final adjustments may be made. I have the finished portrait delivered.

   Head and Shoulders (size varies) $4,000
   Smaller Three Quarter 30 x 36 $7,500
   Larger Three Quarter 32 x 40 $9,000
   Full Length from 36 x 54 starting at $15,000


All travel expenses are extra.

These fees are for a single subject. Additional subjects add 50%.

These sizes are adjustable and include the usual amount of detail appropriate to
each size.

The paintings are done on linen over heavy-duty stretcher frames and have a traditional varnish finish.
