Cynthia Harris-Pagano specializes in portraits in oil and pastel. She works out of her studio in Otisville, New York, one hour northwest of New York City.

As well as receiving awards in many regional art exhibits, she received an award for "Portrait ofMarya", from Womanart Visual (concepts Inc. at the Cork Gallery, Lincoln Center, New York City, 1980.
