Travel, framing, shipping and taxes are additional. A deposit of 50% is due in advance with the balance due upon completion and acceptance of the portrait.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the background or other factors. Pricing involving pets or animals is determined by consultation.

PROCEDURE

The portrait process begins with a discussion of the wishes of the client and includes topics like pose, clothing, and whether the portrait is to be formal or informal. A price is agreed upon and the deposit accepted.

A photo session is scheduled. Approximately 100 photos are taken and the session may take up to 2 hours. Follow up sessions may be required. Another meeting is scheduled to select a pose, which may be a composite of several photos. Pamela will then return to her studio to paint or draw the portrait.

Completion times may vary. Following final approval, arrangements are made for delivery of the finished portrait.
